Other crafts, such as “woolly worm” hats and pins, are also big sellers, and several consumers are gifted painters. Local artists volunteer throughout the year and the community college also provides an instructor from time to time to work on various crafts and art projects that are sold in the store and at festivals. Woodworking, including birdhouses and clocks, are the new additions for the 2008-09 season
